Hj Muhd Zain Hj Muhd Yusof

Hj Muhd Zain brings something most lawyers cannot, twenty years with the Royal Malaysian Police Force before he was ever called to the Bar. That background shapes how he reads a matter: methodically, with an eye for what others miss.

He co-founded ZMM in 1999 alongside Datuk Megat and Haji Abdul Murad and leads the firm’s Subang Jaya branch. His practice covers Conveyancing & Banking, Litigation, Criminal Law and Corporate Legal work for a number of leading banks.

He has been appointed by the Advocates & Solicitors Disciplinary Board as a member of the Disciplinary Committee. Called to the Malaysian Bar in 1995 after completing his Bachelor of Laws and Master of Comparative Laws at IIUM, he previously served as Manager for Special Services at public listed Konsortium Perkapalan Berhad. Outside practice, he is an elected member of the Management Committee of Kelab Golf Negara Subang, with a handicap of 14.
