In many firms, partners keep juniors blind so they remain king. That was never Datuk Megat’s way. 

He co-founded ZMM in 2001 and built it on the opposite principle, give people the resources, the space and the trust to grow. The result is a firm whose partners grew from within, whose staff have stayed for over two decades and whose clients keep coming back. 

He leads ZMM’s Kuala Lumpur branch and its Corporate & Commercial practice, with 30+ years at the Malaysian Bar behind every judgment call he makes. Outside the law, he serves as Deputy President of The Malay College Old Boys Association and the Ahmad Ibrahim Kulliyyah of Laws Alumni Association.
