Nurhidayah Mohd Puzi

Nurhidayah is a partner at ZMM and practices in the areas Conveyancing as well as Corporate and Commercial matters. She regularly advises clients and drafts agreements and transactional documents i.e. commercial agreements, corporate governance, privatisation agreements and other corporate-related agreements. She also handles matters relating to joint ventures, corporate due diligence exercises, mergers and acquisitions, company listings on Bursa Malaysia and cross-border acquisition transactions.

Besides, Nurhidayah is actively involved in drafting and advisory work relating to property transactions and loans, including the acquisition and disposal of lands and properties as well as representing financial institutions, individuals and corporate borrowers in various conventional, Islamic banking and finance transactions, both domestic and cross-border. She also advises property developers on various aspects of laws relating to the development of residential and commercial properties in Malaysia.

Before joining ZMM, Nurhidayah gained considerable litigation experience in her previous employment. Apart from conveyancing and real property transactions, she was exposed to various areas of practice including banking litigation, general civil litigation, intellectual property, company, and commercial litigation.

Nurhidayah obtained her Bachelor of Law at the International Islamic University of Malaysia (IIUM) in 2011 and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2012.
