Lee Kai Jun is a member of the ZMM Litigation as well as Construction & Energy team. His principal area of practice is Construction, Engineering & Energy where he focused on litigation, arbitration and adjudication under the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act 2012 (“CIPAA“).
Further, his litigation and alternative dispute resolution practice includes handling commercial as well as professional negligence disputes.
Kai read law in the University of Leeds and was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2018. Kai also holds a Professional Diploma in International Arbitration. He is an associate of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) as well as a member of the Asian Institute of Alternative Dispute Resolution (AiADR) and Society of Construction Law, Malaysia.
On a personal note, Kai is a tech-geek and enjoys web development during his free time.
